.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will prevail throughout the
forecast period. Min relative humidities will be in the single
digits with poor overnight recoveries around 20 percent. Winds
will be light from the southeast in the overnight hours with the
afternoon winds coming from the northwest up to 10 mile per hour
and gusts up to 20 mile per hour around sunset. Temperatures will
be in the 90s each day with the continue warming trend up to
Friday. By the weekend, elevated fire weather concerns is
expected due to an uptick in wind speeds.

20-foot winds.......South winds up to 5 mph shifting to the west by

                    with gusts to around 18 mph.

Transport winds.....Southwest around 3 knots shifting to the west
