.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will develop later this morning as the
seabreeze develops with most likely timing over the fire between
noon and 6PM. Gusty and erratic winds are expected around
thunderstorms as well as frequent lightning and locally heavy
rainfall. Heat is also another concern as temperatures will climb
into the middle 90s with heat indices pushing 103 to 107 degrees
ahead of the showers and storms. Otherwise, surface winds are
expected to be light from the southwest to west and the same for
transport winds.
