...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN SHASTA COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM PDT...

At 443 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Castella, or 10 miles south of Mount Shasta, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Castella.
