Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* At 333 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over open waters of Mona Passage Southward
  to 17N, Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and
  Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM zones, moving
  west at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Mona Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters
  of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of
  Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
