.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A long-period north to northwesterly swell will conitnue to spread
across the local Atlantic waters and passages through at leats
Tuesday, deteriorating marine and coastal conditions through the
upcoming workweek. A tropical wave will approach the region tomorrow,
increasing the frequency of showers early this upcoming workweek.
