...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Haskell and northwest Throckmorton.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 459 PM CDT, radar indicated slow moving showers and
    thunderstorms with heavy rain across central and eastern
    Haskell County, and northwestern Throckmorton County.
    Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in a short period of time
    will cause street flooding in the town of Haskell and minor
    flooding elsewhere. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Haskell, Stamford, Irby and Millers Creek Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
