...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN GRANT AND SOUTHEASTERN NATCHITOCHES PARISHES...

At 713 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of
Colfax, or 21 miles southeast of Natchitoches, moving south at 10
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Colfax, Aloha, Lake Iatt and Chopin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
