.DISCUSSION...

A storm system will move into Southern California on Thursday.
Rain showers will begin Thursday afternoon with steady rain
Thursday evening through Friday morning. Slight chance (10%) of a
thunderstorm. Scattered, intermittent showers will linger through
Friday afternoon and possibly into the weekend. Rainfall totals
will range from 0.50-1.25". West winds Thursday will either
remain west or turn east on Friday depending on the exact track
of the storm. 20 foot winds may gust to 20 mph on Friday,
especially if the winds are out of the east.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (50-60 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Rain showers
starting in the afternoon.
