This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

 Limited lightning risk

DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible into
the early evening primarily south of I-44. A few of the stronger
storms may be capable of producing damaging wind gusts up to 50
mph, lightning, and heavy downpours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is a 20 to 30% chance for thunderstorms at times across the
area from late Sunday into early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
