Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A large area of high pressure, 30.40 inches, is situated over the Central Great Lakes this afternoon and will be sliding east tonight. Moderate southeast-south winds will then develop, ahead of low pressure moving in from the Midwest. This low will spread showers into the region and arrive late Thursday.
