Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large area of high pressure, 30.40 inches, is
situated over the Central Great Lakes this afternoon and will be
sliding east tonight. Moderate southeast-south winds will then
develop, ahead of low pressure moving in from the Midwest. This
low will spread showers into the region and arrive late Thursday.

.TONIGHT...Northeast winds around 10 knots becoming east 10 to 15
knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2
feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southeast 15 to 20
knots late in the morning...then diminishing to 10 to 15 knots early
in the afternoon increasing to 15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon.
Partly sunny. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy.
Light showers likely after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to 15
knots. Showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the
late morning and afternoon.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy. Light
showers in the evening...then light showers likely after midnight.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly cloudy becoming partly
cloudy. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of
light showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
