.Discussion...
No critical fire weather conditions are expected throughout the
forecast period, however, there will be hot days Tuesday and
Wednesday across the region, which will create low RH, but the wind
threshold is not expected to be met. However, with gusty outflow
winds expected from the elevated showers brief periods of critical
conditions are possible. Once we get to Wednesday thunderstorms will
be more widespread and the chances for flooding and flash flooding
increase and will last through the rest of the forecast period.
Poor to Good ventilation rates will be occur across the majority of
the region this afternoon after the boundary layer mixes, around
1100. There will be Excellent ventilation rates across the far
southeastern plains.
