* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An enhanced monsoon surge continues to bring
  fresh to strong southwesterlies to Chuuk waters through tonight.
  The Small Craft Advisory was extended due to winds and gusts
  remaining elevated due to heavy showers and Invest 95W to the north.
