...The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Pennsylvania...

  East Branch Brandywine Creek Below Downingtown affecting Chester
  County.

For the Brandywine Creek...including Downingtown...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Branch Brandywine Creek below Downingtown.

* WHEN...From this morning to this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 7:45 AM EDT Thursday was 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
    this morning and continue falling to 3.5 feet tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.2
    feet on 03/01/2021.
