.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather concerns exist for isolated
areas of north-central Oregon (OR703) and southern Blue
Mountains/foothills (SW OR691) through Monday due to afternoon
humidities in the low-to mid-teens and 13-17 mph wind speeds.
Fire weather concerns peak and becoming widespread across all
declared zones (OR/WA691, OR700, OR704, and OR705) on Tuesday
related to an incoming system and cold front passage. Increased
instability and wind shifts are also expected Tuesday.
