...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM EDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following
  county, south central Noble.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1029 PM EDT, Heavy rain over the past couple of days has
    caused Duck Creek to rise above flood levels at Macksburg.
  - At 1025pm EDT the gauge at Macksburg on Duck Creek was 14.5
    feet. Flood stage is 13 feet. Water levels are expected to
    hold steady overnight. However, more rainfall is expected,
    which could cause the levels to rise again.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Caldwell, Dudley, Dexter City and Harriettsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
