There may be some rocks and mud on State Route 3 south of Julietta and on US 12 between Spalding and Lenore. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 745 PM PST, radar detected a band of rain that will produce periods of moderate rain over the Idaho Panhandle Friday night into Saturday. - Rain this week has caused steep and rocky terrain to become unstable. An additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is expected Friday night into Saturday heightening the threat of additional mud and rock slides. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
