...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS CONTINUE FOR SOUTHERN
CONNECTICUT...

An extended period of dry weather dating all the way back to
September has resulted in very dry conditions across the area.
This combined with west to northwest winds gusting up to 20 mph
on Thursday will create an enhanced risk for the spread of any
wildfires that are ignited.

Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition sources.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
