AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
  accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, blizzard
  conditions possible. Total snow accumulations up to one inch
  possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 9 PM AKST this
  evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday evening through
  Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel
  treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.
