West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Weak low pressure will move
slowly NE along the SE Coast tonight, move NE across the central
and N waters Fri into Sat while pulling a cold front across the
area, then pass NE of the region late Sat and Sat night. The
front will stall across the N portion Sat into Sun. A low center
will track E along boundary Sun night and Mon, then move NE of
the waters Mon night. A warm front will lift N across the central
and northern waters Mon night into Tue. A cold front will move
into the far NW portion Tue night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is out of
service. Technicians are aware, and are awaiting parts. We
