.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered to the W of the central and S
waters will drift S through tonight. A cold front will move into
the northern waters today, then slowly move SE into the central
waters through tonight and across the southern waters Fri night.
A weak coastal trough will remain in place across the central and
S waters through Thu night, strengthen and expand across the
entire coast Fri and Fri night, persist through Sun night, then
weaken Mon and Mon night as high pressure builds in from the W
and NW.
