.SYNOPSIS...Except for a surface trough near the coast, the
waters remain on the S and W parts of high pressure through Wed.
A cold front approaches the waters from the NW late Wed, moves
into the N waters Wed night, then stalls over or near the N
waters Thu into Fri night. Low pressure should form along the
stalled front Fri, with the low and its associated warm front
slowly moving N offshore of the SE U.S. coast overnight Fri night
through Sat night. A cold front will move offshore to the S of
the low as the low moves N. The USCG broadcast from Charleston,
South Carolina is still experiencing technical difficulties.
