* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and ice accumulations between one

* WHERE...Johnson, Northwest Carter, Southeast Carter, and Unicoi
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
