then taper off. Southwest winds will shift northwest early this
afternoon and increase this evening with gusts to around 35 mph.

                    mostly sunny (45-55 percent). Snow likely early
                    in the afternoon, then chance of snow early in
                    the afternoon. Slight chance of snow late in
                    the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........Winds southwest at 10 mph at
