...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Lac qui Parle, Yellow
  Medicine and Chippewa Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1000 AM CDT Thursday, the stage was 22.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1000 AM CDT Thursday was 22.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 21.8 feet
    Thursday, August 07.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  the river.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1000 AM CDT Thursday was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.1
    feet Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
