scattered showers should begin to develop after noon. Rainfall
today is expected to be very light. A 50% chance of rain is

the rest of today, the minimum relative humidity is near 60%, wind
gusts will be around 10-15 mph, transport winds will be generally
be south-southeasterly, and dispersion values will be fair. For
