  moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  New River Inlet, Stones Bay, Ar342, Bogue Inlet, The Vicinity Of
  Emerald Isle Bridge, Ar345, Emerald Isle, and The Vicinity Of
  Sneads Ferry Bridge.
