For the Hazardous Seas Warning, north winds 20 to 30 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 11 ft at 8 seconds expected. * WHERE...All the area. Steepest seas will occur Tuesday evening and night beyond 10 nm from shore south of Port Orford. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Tuesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 5 PM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
