...The National Weather Service in Memphis TN has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...Tennessee...

  Mississippi River Above Tiptonville

For the Lower Mississippi River...including Tiptonville...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River above Tiptonville.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, In Tennessee, Cates Landing-New Markham
  Road is flooded just east of Pea Ridge Road, making evacuation
  difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue rising to 43.5 feet
    Saturday, April 12.
  - Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
