.DISCUSSION...
Brisk, easterly winds between 15-20 mph, with occasional wind gusts up
to 30 mph, are expected today following the passage of a cold front
that will have occurred in the predawn hours. Temperatures will be much
cooler, with temperatures near 30 degrees at ignition time and rising
to 39-40 degrees this afternoon. Cloud cover will also thicken, with
minimum RH values as low as 35 percent. Easterly winds will diminish by
sunset, and will transition to the west tonight while remaining light.
