...Recessions Along the Lower Sacramento River System...

.All forecast points along the Lower Sacramento River System are
below Action/Monitor Stage this afternoon, with the Yolo Bypass at
Lisbon falling below Action/Monitor Stage earlier this morning. Dry
weather will continue to allow for gradual recessions the next
several days.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.
