AND VENTURA COUNTY MOUNTAINS...

Offshore winds are continuing to diminish late this
morning across the mountains and will shift to onshore
later this afternoon. While Red Flag Warnings have now
expired, there remains elevated fire weather conditions
each afternoon away from the immediate coast today and
Saturday due to lingering low humidities and gusty onshore
winds each afternoon.
