.DISCUSSION...Warmer and drier conditions are expected to develop by
mid week and continue into Thursday. There is a small chance (20% or
less) that low clouds could affect the area early Thursday morning,
otherwise clear skies are expected Thursday and Thursday night.
Light winds Thursday morning will become breezy southwesterly
Thursday afternoon and evening, with 20-foot winds generally less
than 10 mph except up to 15 mph over the ridgetops.
