...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Nevada, including the following
  county, Humboldt.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 307 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

    mainly rural areas of North Central Humboldt County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
