For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Weak low pressure of 29.90 inches will move off the Mid-Atlantic
Coast tonight while strong pressure of 30.40 inches builds in
from the north. High pressure will build east across the Great
Lakes Region through the weekend before moving to New England on
Monday.

15 knots. A chance of waterspouts early. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
