...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN MOULTRIE...SOUTHERN
PIATT AND SOUTHEASTERN MACON COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM CDT...

At 1256 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Oreana to Dalton City. Movement was east
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Monticello, Mount Zion, Bement, Cerro Gordo, Long Creek,
Atwood, Lovington, Oreana, Dalton City, Hammond, Decatur Airport,
Oakley, Lake City, Milmine, Hervey City, and La Place.

This includes Interstate 72 between mile markers 143 and 150.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
