            EF1, peak wind speed 105 mph, path length
            12.95 miles. This tornado touched down about
            1.5 miles south of Groveland, and moved
            northeast along the southern edge of Morton.
            A number of tree trunks were snapped, a few
            of which fell onto cars. It left town near
            the intersection of Jefferson St. and
            Tennessee Ave. and entered the Mayfair
            subdivision, causing extensive tree limb
            damage and damage to some shingles. It
            crossed I-74 about 1.5 miles east of the
            Washington Rd. overpass. Along Harding Rd.,
            it impacted a couple of farmsteads, damaging
            an outbuilding at one of them. The tornado
            crossed into Woodford County about 1 mile
            north of Deer Creek, before lifting near
            county road 1200E.
