...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers...

  Mad River near Springfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE SUNDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mad River near Springfield.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, In addition to flooding along Lower Valley
  Pike between Old Mill Road and State Route 369, Spangler Road is
  flooded, and the I-70 Westbound exit to Medway at route 675 is
  closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 4.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 9.2 feet Sunday morning. It will
    then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
