Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
240 PM EDT Mon Jun 15 2026

.DISCUSSION...
A stalled front and weak area of low pressure across the area
will keep some rain chances through Wednesday, especially near the
coast. General rainfall amounts should only be a few tenths of an
inch or less, although there is a small chance of locally higher
amounts up to around an inch. Another cold front and potential
low pressure system will bring more showers and storms late week
with a more widespread significant rainfall possible.

Fog potential for tonight is Low.
