This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Breezy southerly winds will result in a very high grassland fire
danger for parts of central Kansas this afternoon.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected across central and eastern
Kansas tonight. Severe storms or heavy rainfall are not expected.
However, a few storms across southern Kansas may produce some small
hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Widely scattered thunderstorms are possible across southeast Kansas
early Wednesday morning. Severe storms or heavy rainfall are not
anticipated.

Gusty northwest winds and much drier air will result in a very high
grassland fire danger for parts of central Kansas on Wednesday
afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
