Marianas Waters out to 40 nautical miles

PMZ150-151000-
450 AM ChST Sat Aug 15 2026

.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...
Gentle to moderate southwesterlies prevail across the Marianas
and will persist through the weekend, before decreasing to light
to gentle on Monday. Combined seas of 6 to 8 feet will slowly
subside over the next couple of days, becoming 4 to 6 feet Sunday
night and 3 to 5 feet by the middle of next week. The southern
edge of the monsoon pattern shifts southeastward, bringing a
period of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms through
Sunday night. Then, a trend towards a wetter pattern is expected
Tuesday onward, depending on the development and track of a
tropical disturbance in eastern Micronesia, well to the southeast.
