As such, this allowed surf to fall below hazardous levels, as well as allowed the rip current risk to drop to moderate, along north facing reefs of the Marianas. Even so, surf is expected to continue to hover just below hazardous criteria, so caution is advised for those venturing out to the beaches the next several days. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline.
