Another afternoon of critical RH today with RH in the 30% range.
RH could dip lower from afternoon mixing. Winds are less of a factor
than yesterday, but warmer temperatures, the low RH, and very dry
vegetation will result in yet another day with abnormally high
fire danger. No rain expected.
