.DISCUSSION...hot temperatures will continue through the weekend.
Afternoon relative humidity minimums will be between 20-30%.
Southeast winds will be increasing each day with breezy conditions
through Monday.
Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will develop across the
area late this afternoon and into the evening hours. Locally gusty
winds can be expected near any thunderstorm. On Saturday, showers
and thunderstorms will be more numerous, especially in the evening.
There is a marginal risk for a severe storm capable of wind gusts
over 60 mph or hail up to quarter size. Locally heavy rainfall and
some flooding will also be possible. On Sunday, storms will be more
isolated and mainly in the evening. On Labor Day, expect afternoon
storms to develop in Colorado and spreading into Kansas and Nebraska
Monday night, mainly north of Interstate 70.
