Widespread precipitation is ongoing across North and Central
Texas with well below normal temperatures starting today. This
will keep the threat for fire starts low across the region through
the next week.
A mixture of rain, freezing rain and sleet is expected over much
of the region through Sunday. A gradual melting will commence on
Tuesday as temperatures finally climb above freezing. Below normal
temperatures will continue through the rest of the week with
another potential weather system arriving next weekend.
