            Updates/Corrects the previous flash flood
            report from Phantom Ranch. Around 50
            individuals were air evacuated from the
            Phantom Ranch area. A metal building was
            washed into the Colorado River and many
            bridges at Phantom Ranch were washed out.
            Phantom Ranch and Kaibab Trail were closed
            over safety concerns.
