...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

Relative humidity values will drop to around 20 percent along
with south winds gusting up to 20 mph across portions of northwest
and west central Minnesota. Given drying fuels, near critical
fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon and early
evening hours. Any fire that does develop has the potential to
quickly spread.
