.DISCUSSION...

Another breezy to windy day expected Wednesday afternoon with 20
foot winds out of the west southwest at 15-20 mph sustained and gusts
to 25 mph. Minimum RHs will dip into the single digits at 7%. Rain
chances possible Thursday morning and will increase by Thursday
afternoon. Min RHs increase to 15% Thursday afternoon. Winds will be
lighter Thursday out of the southwest at around 10-15 mph. Rain
chances continue into Friday. Winds shift northerly Friday morning
and then northeasterly Friday afternoon and evening.
