.DISCUSSION...
Weather pattern will gradually transition from wet, rainy to dry,
and hot. For this afternoon and tonight, still a chance of
thunderstorms, mainly this evening, and a threat of heavy rain
and flooding will continue. Friday and Saturday could still see
a stray thunderstorm, but more likely they remain north and west
of the area. Sunday and beyond turn dry and hot with high temperatures
above normal.
