...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape
  MI...

At 505 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm
was located over Monroe Harbor, moving east at 15 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Bolles Harbor Of Refuge, Monroe Harbor, Woodland Beach, and
  Detroit Beach around 510 PM EDT.
  Estral Beach around 520 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include Detroit
Beach, Estral Beach, and Woodland Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until this storm passes.
