.DISCUSSION...
Breezy and dry conditions are expected on Tuesday, which may lead
to erratic fire behavior. Sustained winds around 20 to 30 mph are
possible Tuesday afternoon, with gusts nearing 40 mph. Winds will
begin around the southwest, then flip to northwesterly as the
front passes through. Relative humidity values will also be quite
low, falling near 20 percent in some areas. Scattered showers are
possible north and east through mid-day, but these would be fairly
light. Fortunately, fuels remain quite green across the area,
mitigating the threat for uncontrollable fire spread.
