...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Wyoming, including the following
  county, Laramie.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 426 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cheyenne, Happy Valley, Table Mountain Ranches, Rocking Star
    Ranch, Willadsen Estates, Silver Sage Estates, Warren AFB,
    Frontier Park, South Greeley Highway, South Cheyenne,
    Cheyenne Regional Airport, Bison Crossing, Winchester Hills,
    Fox Farm-College, North Cheyenne, Ranchettes, Laramie County
    Fairgrounds at Archer, Granite Canon, Crystal Lake Reservoir
    and Pine Grove Estates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
